Participation in the Float into the Fest Giveaway: EDC Las Vegas 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 9, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends on April 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Entry: To enter, visit https://drinkhiyo.com/pages/float-into-the-fest-giveaway-edclv25 to complete the official entry form. A valid email address and phone number is required to enter.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) 3-Day VIP passes to 2025 EDC Las Vegas and two EDC Las Vegas Standard Shuttle passes with a total approximate retail value of $2,317.78. One (1) prize is available and will be rewarded. THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sponsor makes no warranty or representation and disclaims all responsibility and liability for the prize. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be given a Form 1099-MISC and will be required to supply Sponsor with his or her social security number for tax reporting purposes. You should consult with a tax advisor in connection with your receipt of the prize. The winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions as specified by the ticket issues and all rules of the venue applicable to the festival. The winner agrees that it is responsible for all fees, surcharges, service charges, transportation, lodging, meals, concessions, merchandise and any other cost or expense associated with receipt or use of the prize not expressly included in the description of the prize above.
Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about April 28, 2025. Potential winner will be notified by phone or email. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited by potential winner and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure for a potential winner to receive notification from Sponsor, or for Sponsor’s delay or failure to receive a potential winner’s response for any reason, including technical difficulties or a potential winner’s failure to monitor any account. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner should allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks after notification that winner has won a prize to receive the prize. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Sweepstakes or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or possession or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, shall be shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants will be used for administration of this Promotion, prize notification and delivery, posting the name of winner on the Winners List, and is otherwise subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://privacy.cptn.co/privacy-policy/4b535769-de52-4b48-94f9-e65fde4d778b. By providing your phone number and email address as part of the entry form, you agree that we may contact you via telephone, text message or email at the contact information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes and for other marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” using the mobile device and phone number that is receiving the messages. If you do not choose to opt out, we may contact you as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
