this alc-free autumnal version of white sangria has stopped us right us our tracks. with notes of sweet stonefruit, cozy cinnamon, and crisp ginger, this bev will have you serving seconds... and thirds (and probably fourths).
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans peach mango hiyo
- 3 c. n.a. sparkling wine
- .5 c. apricot nectar
- .5 c. ginger ale
- .25 c. cinnamon simple syrup
- half an orange, red + green apple, chopped into small cubes for garnish
- .5 c. frozen peaches, chopped for garnish
- 4 c. ice
DIRECTIONS: grab a pitcher and fill it with ice. pour in peach mango hiyo, n.a. sparkling wine, apricot nectar, ginger ale, and cinnamon simple syrup, then stir to combine.
to serve, fill wine glasses with ice and pour sans-gria mixture over top. garnish with chopped fruit before sipping.
