ingredients:
- .5 c. seedless watermelon, chopped
- 2 oz. watermelon lime hiyo
- 1.5 oz. n.a. tequila blanco
- .5 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 c. ice
- 1 tbsp. salt, for garnish
- 1.5 tsp. tajin, for garnish
- 1 lime wedge, for garnish
directions:
add chopped watermelon to a cocktail shaker and muddle until well broken down. add watermelon lime hiyo, n.a. tequila blanco, grapefruit and lime juices, simple syrup, and .5 c. ice, then shake gently until combined.
before serving, combine salt and tajin on a small plate. rim the edge of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip into the chili salt mixture. fill glass with remaining ice and strain mixture overtop.
