blackberry lemon slush.

ingredients:

  • 2 6 oz. packs of fresh organic blackberries
  • 12 oz. of blackberry lemon hiyo
  • half of a lemon 

directions:

prep the day before: freeze blackberries, saving some fresh for garnish. freeze 6 oz. of blackberry lemon hiyo in an ice tray mold, storing the remainder of can in fridge.

prep the day of: blend 2/3’s of frozen blackberries, hiyo prepped ice, and remainder of blackberry lemon hiyo in a blender until smooth. serve in preferred glassware and garnish with frozen blackberries and lemon slices.

note: add more liquid as needed. the liquid will affect the consistency of the slushy drink.
