- 3 oz. passion fruit tangerine hiyo
- 1 oz. vanilla simple syrup
- .5 oz. passion fruit pur ée
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- .5 c. ice
- half passion fruit, for garnish
- 1 oz. n.a. sparkling white wine, optional
directions:
add passion fruit tangerine hiyo, vanilla simple syrup, passion fruit purée, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice, then shake gently until well combined.
strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass, then garnish by floating half a passion fruit on top. serve with a sidecar of n.a. sparkling white wine for a touch of sweetness, if desired.
