ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut cream
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1 oz. agave syrup
• 4 oz. pineapple coconut hiyo
• 1 c. ice
• half a lime, for garnish
• .5 tbsp. salt, for garnish
• .5 tbsp. lime zest, for garnish

directions: 

grab your serving glass and begin with the garnish! rim the edge with lime juice using half a lime, then dip the edge into a mixture of salt and lime zest. spread coconut cream in a swirl on the inside of the glass.

pour in pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. fill with ice. top with pineapple coconut hiyo and stir well before sipping.
