ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut cream
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. agave syrup
- 4 oz. pineapple coconut hiyo
- 1 c. ice
- half a lime, for garnish
- .5 tbsp. salt, for garnish
- .5 tbsp. lime zest, for garnish
directions:
grab your serving glass and begin with the garnish! rim the edge with lime juice using half a lime, then dip the edge into a mixture of salt and lime zest. spread coconut cream in a swirl on the inside of the glass.
pour in pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. fill with ice. top with pineapple coconut hiyo and stir well before sipping.
