ingredients:
- 4 oz. pineapple coconut hiyo
- .5 c. frozen pineapple
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 1 c. ice
- 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
directions:
add pineapple coconut hiyo, frozen pineapple, cream of coconut, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice to blender, then blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. pour into a tall glass and garnish with maraschino cherry.
