ingredients:
- 2 oz. strawberry guava hiyo, chilled
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves
- 1.5 oz. non-alc gin
- .5 c. ice
directions:
place your hiyo in the fridge at least 30 minutes in advance of making this recipe.
add sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to shaker, then muddle until strawberries are well broken down. add basil leaves and muddle again gently to infuse flavors. top with non-alc gin and ice, then shake to combine. pour into a fresh serving glass and top with strawberry guava hiyo to finish.
