ingredients:
- 8 blackberries, 2 for garnish
- .5 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- .5 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 2 oz. non-alc bourbon
- 1 c. ice
- 4 oz. blackberry lemon hiyo, chilled
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
directions:
add blackberries, rosemary leaves, ginger, maple syrup, and lemon juice to shaker, then muddle ingredients until well broken down (about one minute). add non-alc bourbon and .5 c. ice to shaker and stir well to combine.
strain the mixture into a serving glass filled with the rest of
the ice and top with blackberry lemon hiyo. garnish with a rosemary sprig and a few fresh blackberries.
